Taitori offers versatile touchscreens that, in addition to booking functions, provide feedback, information display features, and electric lock integration. The booking functions can be seamlessly integrated into the client’s Microsoft O365 or Google Calendar environment, and the interface can be branded to reflect the company’s identity. Versatile Functions

Book

Book a room from the display for immediate use or later the same day. Booking can be anonymous or require user authentication. 

Confirm

Check-in functionality ensures that the room is not held booked if the booker does not show up. 

Release

If a meeting ends earlier, the room can be easily released from the display, making it available to others. 

Inform

When integrated with Taitori’s Info Displays software, door displays can also be used as information screens, allowing room booking and communication functions to work in together. 

Collect Feedback

The door displays can gather feedback on the quality of meetings. 

Unlock

Available with electric lock integration, enabling door unlocking via the display. 

Meeting Assistant

A virtual assistant is available to announce the end of bookings with voice notifications inside the meeting room. 

Environmental Data

Door displays can display environmental sensor data (e.g., temperature or CO2 levels).
