Part of a Seamless Service Package

Taitori Space Booking is part of Taitori’s comprehensive smart space concept and integrates seamlessly with Taitori’s other services, allowing for simultaneous booking of spaces, catering orders, and inviting guests at the same time and helps visitors to find the right location with the help of info displays.

Your Company’s Branded Booking Channel

Taitori’s interfaces and booking confirmations can be branded to your company colors, allowing the Taitori application to visually blend with other daily and critical systems. Additionally, booking confirmations can be sent from the client’s own email address.

Versatile Booking Features

Taitori Mobile or Web Application

You can manage reservations with the Taitori app, available for download on Google Play or the App Store. The service is also accessible via a computer browser at https://app.taitori.fi.

Taitori Smart Office Outlook Add-in

This add-in brings easy booking functions directly into your Outlook calendar. You can select your preferred space from the floor plan and order catering while creating calendar invites for meeting participants.

Calendar Integration

The service can be integrated with the client’s O365 environment or local Exchange environment. Google Calendar integration is also available. This integration allows bookings made in Taitori’s service to sync with the client’s calendar environment and vice versa. This integration is included in Taitori Space Bookings basic license.

Door Display

Bookings can be made as quick bookings from the door display with a couple of taps. You can also book a space for a later time on the same day. The door display can also be used to confirm pre-made bookings, helping to avoid ghost bookings.

IoT Sensors

An IoT sensor installed in the space detects movement and automatically updates the booking status in the Taitori app, door display, and info display. The IoT sensor is ideal for ad hoc spaces that are not booked in advance. Additionally, the sensor can be used to confirm a pre-made booking, automatically releasing the space if no one arrives.

Reserved Light

A wireless network-connected reserved light visualizes booking information received from the motion sensor installed in the space or from the Taitori application. The reserved light is useful in places like restrooms, phone booths, and other ad hoc spaces. The device connects to both a WLAN network and power.

Space Management Based on Data

With our service, you can track the booking and usage rates of spaces. Reports can also monitor data on the duration, quantity, and quality of reservations. The collected data allows the company to see how spaces are actually used, enabling the design of the work environment to better serve the evolving workplace and employee needs.

Find the Perfect Space

The Taitori booking application is versatile, offering various ways to find a space. Users can search for suitable areas or select them from the floor plan, browsing view, or timeline. Spaces can be marked as favorites, and features, images, and videos can be added, making it easier to find an appropriate space.

Booking Data on Info Display

When using the Taitori Info Display service, the booking status of spaces can be visualized in real-time on the display. If a touchscreen is available, a free space can be booked interactively from the floor plan. The bookings for the current day can also be presented on the info display in a list or table format.

IoT Sensors

The role of IoT sensors is to monitor whether workplaces and spaces are booked or not. The sensors detect movement and either reserve or release spaces automatically as the situation changes. Sensor data also provides precise information on booking and usage rates of spaces and workplaces. We utilize sensors for both space booking management and displaying workplace booking status.

Taitori’s new and unique combination sensor collects data on the quality of the work environment (e.g., air quality, noise level, lighting level, air pollutants, carbon dioxide levels) and occupancy information (e.g., whether there are people in the space and how many).
