The host books the space and sends invitations via the Taitori app or Outlook Add-in.

The invitation includes a participant code, QR code, and arrival instructions.

The code is entered on the check-in device, and a visitor badge is printed. The host receives an arrival notification via email and SMS.

The visitor checks out by scanning the QR code on their visitor badge, the lobby staff marks them as checked out in the app, or the system automatically logs them out.

Without an Invitation

The visitor arrives and uses the search function on the device to find the host, then enters their name and company.
