Terveystalo is committed to promoting sustainability in the workplace as well, believing that investing in employee well-being and the work environment pays off. At Terveystalo, sustainability means a commitment to promoting the health and well-being of customers, conducting ethical business, and minimizing environmental impact. Efficient use of space is also seen as an important aspect of responsibility.
The need for Taitori’s meeting room and workstation reservation system emerged as employees began returning to the office more actively after remote work. For example, at Terveystalo’s headquarters in the Graniittitalo building in Helsinki, usage is very active. The reservation system helps employees ensure that the necessary meeting rooms and workstations are available when they arrive at the office. Meeting rooms are often booked in advance via Outlook, which integrates with Taitori, but also ad hoc via door-side displays provided by Taitori.
Visibility into space utilization enables data-driven decisions
Erika Aallonvuori, Director of Facilities at Terveystalo, explains that reservation data has also been used to plan space modifications to better serve employees. A concrete example is converting an underutilized workstation area into a meeting space. Taitori’s reservation system is used at Terveystalo locations in Helsinki, Tampere, and Joensuu, among others. Due to the success of the collaboration, it is very likely to be expanded to new locations in the future.
