The service allows real-time display of resource availability, such as meeting rooms, workstations, or parking spots, via a map, list, or table view from the Taitori Booking Service. Additionally, the info display can show data collected from indoor air quality sensors (e.g., temperature).
In addition to info displays, announcements can also be shared via the Taitori mobile and web applications, as well as the Taitori Smart Office extension for Outlook. Taitori’s door displays can also double as info screens, combining booking functionalities with announcements.
You can update and manage content via a centralized service and an easy-to-use web interface. The layout, colors, and fonts can be customized through the service.
