TilaTaiturit and Taitori have launched a collaboration to design workspaces that not only look great—but also function efficiently, enhance productivity, promote employee well-being, and reduce costs. More and more company leaders are focusing on workspace-related questions, such as space costs, utilization rates, and what kind of office best supports both business operations and employee needs.
“In the era of hybrid work, the most cost-effective solution has proven to be a functional, appropriately sized workspace tailored to the organization’s needs,” say TilaTaiturit’s experienced Interior Designers Marianne Vainio and Meri Rapo.
As part of the collaboration, Taitori acts as the technology provider, analyzing current space usage to identify underutilized or oversized areas. “Measurements may reveal, for example, that some meeting rooms are rarely used, while on the busiest in-office days, there aren’t enough desks for everyone,” explains Tiina Hartikainen, Development Director at Taitori
Comfort-boosting layout shaped by smart space analytics
Based on these insights, TilaTaiturit designs an optimal layout that supports the company’s operations, working methods, and employee comfort. The result is a smart, inviting office environment that considers not only materials and multifunctional furniture, but also ergonomics, acoustics, and lighting. Energy efficiency and modern meeting technologies are also key elements in the design process.
Companies can also choose to implement Taitori’s Smart Office solutions in their new spaces, enabling the management of meeting rooms, workstations, parking spaces, and catering orders through a modern application.
