Antilooppi is a Finnish real estate owner and developer committed to its properties’ sustainable and long-term development. The company provides office spaces and flexible, innovative solutions for business customers in locations with excellent transportation connections in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
Antilooppi has consistently worked to address a market where customer needs change rapidly, and companies adapt their spaces at an increasing pace. Instead of merely leasing spaces, Antilooppi continuously develops innovative solutions that evolve alongside customers’ businesses and changing requirements. Antilooppi shares its customers’ goal of fostering a better working life, where properties and spaces support new ways of working and human interaction.
Antilooppi’s properties offer a range of flexible spaces, including meeting rooms, training areas, event venues, project workspaces, hot desks, a podcast studio, sauna facilities, and auditoriums. Taitori has partnered with Antilooppi to implement a space booking platform, enabling customers to book flexible spaces across Antilooppi’s selection in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
The platform features over 20 locations, viewable through an interactive map. Some venues also allow catering orders to be added alongside space bookings. The booking system integrates seamlessly from booking to invoicing, with billing data flowing directly from Taitori’s system to Antilooppi’s invoicing platform.
At Itämerenkatu 3 in Ruoholahti, the conference rooms in the lobby are also part of Taitori’s room reservation system.
Taitori is moving to Antilooppi’s Stella Business Park
Taitori sought larger office spaces in the Helsinki metropolitan area. According to Perttu Ahvenainen, Sales and Marketing Director, the criteria were stringent: the office needed to be modern, accessible to staff, and aligned with the company’s sustainability values.
“It was important to find premises prioritizing well-being with supportive environments and services. The location of a gym within the same building as the office can make a decisive difference in its usage,” notes Ahvenainen, an active gym user.
Antilooppi impressed Taitori with its commitment to sustainable and long-term property development, making it a reliable partner for business clients. Antilooppi is also dedicated to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and aims for carbon neutrality by 2030. Its properties are 100% LEED or BREEAM certified, use domestic wind power, and have significantly reduced CO2 emissions.
Added value for Antilooppi through Taitori
“Implementing the booking system has been a significant step in enhancing the services of our properties. We’ve focused on making it easier for customers to find and book hourly bookable spaces in over 20 properties. At the same time, we’ve diversified the usage possibilities of these spaces, making them more appealing.”
